I had a fun morning with this little cutie. She was quite funny and liked to "pretend" to fall asleep and then immediately would open her eyes. She could barely keep her eyes open because she was so tired but didn't want to miss out on all the action :) It took THREE hours to finally get her to fall asleep and it was well worth the wait. I think she holds my longest newborn session time at almost 4.5 hours! She is so darling!!

This darling baby boy's daddy left for Afghanistan today. What a pleasure to be able to capture moments with them before he left for ONE year! What a sacrifice. It makes me so happy that he was able to be there for the birth and meet his son. What a beautiful family. His cute little red hair and huge dimple are simply adorable :)

His older brother is the same age as my "baby" and it was weird to think if I had just had another baby! In May I am going to be offering one day with mini sessions. There are only 7 slots available.

First session starts at 3pm and they will end at 6:30pm

It was SO windy and a bit chilly for this session. I have to say that these girls were such troopers! They are all so photogenic and gorgeous!! This couple was vacationing in Massachusetts and had me do their engagements. They were up for anything and were fun to work with! We first met at Walden Pond and it was gorgeous. Take a peek at darling Azelie. She is only 3 days old and was sleeping for the entire photo shoot. I love photographing newborns when they are only a couple days old because they are SO cooperative and you can pretty much do whatever you want with them! She has frosted tips on her hair and is so cute. Makes me a little baby hungry even though I have a baby myself :)

Little Connor was already 3 weeks old for this session. Usually once newborns are over a week old, they are a little bit more difficult to work with because they don't sleep as sound and they don't want to curl up as well when they are brand new. But this little guy was such a trooper. He really wanted to be apart of the action at first and was fighting sleep. However once he feel asleep, he was OUT! What a cute little guy :)

Gregg & Claire's Ithaca Wedding

Last weekend my dad and I had the opportunity to shoot pictures of this gorgeous wedding. I have always looked up to my dad being the amazing photographer he is, so it was so fun to be able to tag team this wedding with him. Claire is a friend from High School and we hadn't seen each other in over 9 years! She was absolutely stunning and has defiantly found a perfect match!

Welcome Home {Boston, Massachusetts Portrait Photographer}

I was lucky enough to take a couple pictures of this cute family welcoming home their dad from Iraq. It was quite a fiasco, but he is home and I am so happy for them. "J" called me at 5:45 am telling me that her husband had just called her and was getting on a plane to come home. He originally wasn't supposed to come home until later on that day (in which I had a babysitter all lined up). Since it was so last minute I had NO ONE to watch my kids and decided to go anyway to at least capture something for her! It took us 1.5 hours to get the the airport and we were late when we got there. She was running with her two little boys and I was pushing my stroller with my two little girls. When we got to the terminal, her husband was already standing there waiting!
